We congratulate Nikki LaFaye and the entire Norwalk Leadership Institute Class of 2018 - 2019 on their recent graduation. Each member devoted time and effort to this important program. Clay Fowler of Spinnaker Real Estate Partners has chaired the Leadership Institute for the last two years. We are grateful for this year’s class committing significant time and effort in creating an internship program for Carver students.

The Norwalk Leadership Institute is a well established and respected professional development program. Through a series of informative and interactive sessions with community leaders such as Mayor Rilling and the leaders of major companies and organizations in the area, this program provides insight into Norwalk and its key issues, while also affording the opportunity to learn and work with others in an intimate and collegial environment.

The Norwalk Leadership Institute creates awareness as to the building blocks of a successful community, fosters leadership and professional growth, and motivates interest to become more involved, both inside and outside the workplace.

Established in 1889, the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce has long been committed to the economic vitality of Norwalk, Darien, New Canaan, Weston, Westport, and Wilton. The Greater Norwalk Chamber continually works to grow and enhance local business, providing beneficial programs, services and opportunities to its members, so that they in turn can enhance and grow their business.
