Donating Stock

Are you interested in making a charitable gift that may yield double tax benefits and additional savings? If so, a gift of appreciated stock may be the right option for you. When you make a gift of stock to Carver, you eliminate the capital gains tax that would be due upon selling the stock, thereby receiving tangible tax savings and benefits while supporting our mission.

donor-advised funds

Donating through a Donor-advised fund (DAF) is a proactive, tax-efficient approach to charitable giving. DAF Direct is a convenient way to initiate a grant recommendation from your DAF to Carver. 100% of the funds will transfer to Carver with no administration or transaction fees for using the DAF Direct service. The DAF Direct application was created by Fidelity Charitable.

peer-to-peer fundraisers

Encouraging your family and friends to donate to Carver can enhance your philanthropic impact. Carver has P2P digital tools we can provide you with, and other platforms, such as Facebook, enable you to quickly create a fundraiser for Carver to share with your network, helping to raise vital funds and awareness for Carver kids.
