Carver's Breakfast With Champions inspires Carver students to pursue their dreams!

Carver’s annual Breakfast With Champions introduces Carver students to leaders in an array of professions. Carver students are inspired to pursue their interests and to use these years at school to prepare for satisfying careers.

Special thanks to our panelists (Doug Peoples, Zayna Fulton, Kirk A. Wesley, Darren Skeete, Jasmine Prezzie, Kimberly Gaddy and LJ Middleton Jr.) for spending time to inspire our young people.

Tremain Gilmore and Jackie C. Roberson, thank you for always shining a light so bright that Carver kids never feel that they are in the dark. #WeRCarver#buildinglifetimeachievers

The professionals spoke to the youths and answered their questions as part of "Breakfast with Champions," a forum for middle, high and college school students at the George Washington Carver Community Center.

The goal of this program is to gather "champions of the community" and have them inspire teens, according to Tremain Gilmore, a manager at the Carver Community Center. "I just hope they use this as a spark to get them to where they want to be in life," he said.
